As a Team Leader my Roles & Responsibilities were. 1. To unload material from Truck. 2. To load material to assurance area. 3. To load material to Manual loading machine & Servo machine. 4. To maintain FIFO system in material store. 5. To maintain minimum inventory in material store. 6. To load pallets for manual loading palletiser. 7. To load pallets for auto loading palletizer. 8. To maintain parts store according to FIFO system. 9. To supply pallets for next process without delay (line stop). 10. To modify parts store according to production fluctuation & customer requirement. 11. To check all Forklift condition by maintaining & checking Forklift check sheets. 12. Follow up with Forklift maintenance team if required & maintain record. 13. To plan multi skilling for all Team members & maintain multi skill chart. I am a dedicated, flexible & hard worker.
