Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient solutions, translating business requirements into architecture blueprints, and ensuring seamless integration across ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture and design for ServiceNow solutions encompassing ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules. Develop and maintain high-level technical designs, solution blueprints, and integration strategies. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment of solution architecture with business goals. Provide guidance on best practices, platform capabilities, and governance standards across multiple modules. Oversee the configuration and customization approach for complex workflows, data models, and integrations. Facilitate technical workshops, solution reviews, and design presentations with clients and internal teams. Ensure consistency and compliance with ITIL frameworks and industry standards. Mentor technical teams and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.
