Job Description
Urgent Hiring - Service Delivery Manager - Riyadh (#hybrid) Minimum 8 years + experience with at least 4-5 years as #ServiceDelivery Manager Service Level Management: • Develop and maintain the Service Level Agreement • Agree on the #SLA targets with business management and delivery groups • Work with the service management team to configure the SLA under the service management tool • Report on the SLA achievement to management and business owner • Follow up the SLA achievement with the support groups and escalate when needed • Work with the support groups to identify the root cause behind SLA breaches and agree on corrective and preventive actions • Arrange for the internal review meetings with function heads • Arrange for the business review meetings with business managers • Sponsor, design, and manage process changes and improvement • Periodically review and audit process compliance and performance • Address process-related issues and review opportunities for process improvements • Work with the CSI manager to prioritize process improvements Candidate Available in KSA with Transferable Iqama who is Immediately available can apply with their Word CV to |
